What You Will Do

  • Network Strategy & Architecture
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise and cloud network architectures.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including SDN, NFV, and cloud-native networking.
  • Deployment & Operations
  • Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
  • Implement and optimize routing, switching, load balancing, and network segmentation.
  • Manage IP addressing schemes, VLANs, VPNs, and network access controls.
  • Performance & Reliability
  • Monitor and tune network performance to ensure optimal throughput and minimal latency.
  • Implement redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery strategies for network continuity.
  • Network Security
  • Collaborate with security teams to integrate firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure network gateways.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor and guide network engineers in technical problem-solving and professional growth.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Incident Response & Troubleshooting
  • Lead resolution of complex network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

What You Need To Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in network services/functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), MPLS, and QoS.
  • Proficiency in network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto) and virtualization platforms (VMware NSX, Cisco ACI).
  • Experience in SDN, NFV, and cloud networking for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, and NetFlow analyzers.
  • Certifications (preferred): CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent.
