Role & responsibilities
The Sales Ambassadors responsibilities:
- Research high potential companies and identify key decision makers to contact.
- Initiates connect/ conversations in new accounts and understand Prospect's business needs and requirements.
- Curate and improve lead lists. Research specific criteria for each contact (name, title, phone number, email address, potential interest areas, potential pain points)
- Readiness to travel on Sales visits in the region (up to 20 to 40% of the time)
- Activate new accounts in the region and increase market share from existing accounts in collaboration with Regional Directors
- Craft sales plays, (sales messaging and approach strategies tailored for leads) that Regional Directors can follow up on.
- Develop and nurture a Sales pipeline via CRM to manage accounts and account insight.
- Follow 3-4-5 schedule – 3 days of client engagements, 4 days of client connections and preparations and 5 days of learning and CRM updates every week.
