Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sports infrastructure sector.
  • Generate leads through networking, client meetings, exhibitions, digital platforms, and partnerships.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, schools, clubs, corporates, and government institutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical, engineering, and project execution teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent 4K Sports in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of sales and business development, preferably in
    construction, infrastructure, real estate, or sports infra industry
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships and networks.
  • Target-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Good knowledge of the Chennai & Tamil Nadu market.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil (mandatory).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field.
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an advantage.
  • 5–8 years of experience
    in Business Development / Sales, with at least 2–3 years in infrastructure or B2B sales.
  • Experience dealing with corporate, institutional, or government clients is highly desirable.
