Job Title: Finance Associate – Fresher (B.Com)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Timings: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Sunday and Monday week off)
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated B.Com graduate (fresher) to join our team as a Finance Associate. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in personal finance advisory. You will be responsible for assisting with mutual fund account creation, handling transactions, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Mutual Fund (MF) account creation for clients.
- Support in processing and validating financial transactions.
- Generate, maintain, and review financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the advisory team.
Requirements
- Education: B.Com graduate (Fresher)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of finance, mutual funds, and investments preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month

- Financial services: 1 year (Preferred)
- Account management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Financial report writing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mutual fund: 1 year (Preferred)
- Document management: 1 year (Preferred)
