Role Overview

We are seeking an
experienced and passionate Senior Developer
who excels in both backend development and team leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing backend systems that power our digital platforms — ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability at every step.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead best coding practices, and play a key role in delivering secure, efficient, and high-performing systems for WTF Gyms' growing technology ecosystem.

9. Contribute to system design decisions and architecture documentation.

10. Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):

11. Utilize
    AWS services
    for provisioning, deployment, and performance optimization.

12. Monitor cloud resource usage and cost efficiency.

13. Database Management:

14. Design and manage
    PostgreSQL
    schemas, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

15. API Development:

16. Build and maintain
    RESTful APIs
    to support front-end features and third-party integrations.

17. Implement authentication, validation, and error-handling standards.

18. CI/CD & DevOps:

19. Implement and maintain
    CI/CD pipelines
    for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.

20. Collaborate with DevOps for smooth release management.

21. Troubleshooting & Optimization:

22. Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues promptly.

23. Continuously optimize application performance and reliability.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience:
  Minimum
  5+ years
  of hands-on experience in backend development (with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role).

Core Technical Expertise
