We are seeking a Information Technology Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. By over-seeing key areas such as networking, CCTV monitoring, and server maintenance, the candidate will support the technical backbone of our company, contributing to our continued growth and success in the real estate industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in networking to ensure efficient communication systems company-wide.
  • Experience in CCTV monitoring for enhanced security of company premises.
  • Expertise in server maintenance to support our expanding IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity management to protect sensitive data and mitigate potential threats.
  • Ability to maintain systems to ensure smooth operations and reduce downtime.
  • Competency in hardware management to facilitate regular updates and repairs.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the organization's IT network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.
  • Oversee CCTV security systems to maintain stringent safety and surveillance protocols.
  • Perform regular server maintenance tasks to ensure optimal data processing and availability.
  • Manage cybersecurity strategies to protect company assets against internal and external threats.
  • Maintain and upgrade IT systems and hardware to support business continuity.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff and IT team as necessary.
