Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per plans and specifications.
  • Monitor workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Inspect and maintain quality standards of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage tools, materials, and equipment to minimize wastage.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with the management.
  • Resolve on-site issues and ensure proper execution of tasks.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
