Mep(Plumbing & Firefighting) Foreman

Coordinate MEP work with other construction activities and ensure that work progresses according to the project schedule.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance on technical issues related to plumbing systems.
- Maintain a clear and effective communication flow between project stakeholders (management, engineers, and other foremen).
- Ensure all Plumbing, Firefighting materials are available and on-site when needed, and maintain inventory controls.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on-site, ensuring mínimal project delays.
- Lead a team of technicians and labourers, assigning tasks and providing guidance as necessary.
- Maintain daily work logs and reports, including labour and material usage.
- Ensure accurate documentation for inspections and approvals of work completed.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and updates for project managers or clients.
- Ensure workers comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to schedules.
- Implement measures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
