  • Strong experience in
    CSM (case management, portals, omni-channel integrations)
    .
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    GRC (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk)
    .
  • Proven experience with
    CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data reconciliation
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    integration architecture
    using Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise connectors.
  • Expertise in
    ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and performance optimization
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Now Assist (GenAI)
    , Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automation features.
  • Expertise in Architecting solutions using
    Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
    .
  • Expertise hands-on solutioning
    when needed (prototyping, technical POCs, troubleshooting).
  • In-depth knowledge of
    ServiceNow security model (ACLs, encryption, RBAC)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks

Preferred certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, CSM, GRC.
