Job Summary:

The Senior Functional Consultant supports incadea's worldwide customers, OEMs and partners in best practice
implementing of our products developed on Microsoft Navision/Business Central.
He/She should have an experience of min 10 years in Microsoft Navision & 2 years' experience in Business Central in
implementing at least 3-4 large scale projects/end to end implementation.
Responsible for Product demo, Gap analysis, Requirement gathering, designing solution, UAT, End user training &
post go live support.
He/She trains and coaches professionals and executes presales presentations of incadea's product portfolio and OEM's
satellite solutions, with high focus on standardized products and processes.
He/She analyzes specific country requirements, identifies potential gaps and ensures the quality of solutions and/or
local developments and implementation concepts.

Job Description:

Knows the automotive industry & it's dealership management processes. Interacts tactfully on all levels of hierarchy. Knows specific industry issues that may result in the need for additional services. Knows the Microsoft NAV/BC modules. Good to have knowledge on GST and VAT statutory requirements. Drives gap analysis. Advises the customer in business matters and advises the best solution to a problem. Creates Functional Requirement documents for the solution designed ensuring the Core product/solution is not impacted. Create Functional, SIT, UAT test cases and is able to execute them with minimal defect leakage to the next stages. Able to track the defect log and drives them to closure before delivering to customer. Ability to create and maintain the requirement traceability matrix starting from requirements to the defects. Performs the data migration tasks, starting from collecting the data from legacy systems or in spreadsheet and migrating to the new system with zero data issues after the system is live. Anticipates project issues and ensures tasks are completed within project scope and budget. Does the effort estimations and able to justify same to the stakeholders. Stakeholder management & ability to convince customer with the solution suggested. Delivers good sales presentations as appropriate. Delivers training even to demanding customers or team members and manages disturbances during training effectively.
