We have urgent openings for the following position (Oil & Gas field construction experience):

Open Positions:

 Subcontract Billing / Client Invoicing – Diploma / BE / B.Tech

 Location:

1. RIL – Dahej

2. RIL – Nagothane

 Job Type:

 1 Year TPC (Extendable)

 Experience: 

5 to 15 years

Detailed JD: 

• Quantity take-offs: Calculate quantities of work completed from project drawings, specifications, and site measurements.

• Bill preparation: Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress bills (RA bills) for both clients and subcontractors.

• Bill verification: Review and certify all bills, including those from subcontractors and for various work items like civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc., and finishing.

• Rate analysis: Perform rate analysis for any extra or non-tendered items, which includes preparing supporting documentation.

• Contract and compliance: Understand and apply contractual terms, ensuring all billing complies with contract clauses and specifications.

• Record keeping: Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all billing transactions, financial documents, and site progress.

• Cost control: Monitor project costs against the budget and track expenses, ensuring they align with project estimates.

• Client liaison: Collaborate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, gather necessary information, and get bills certified or approved.

• Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports for management, often involving data entry into company software.

3. Food at the site on the prevailing subsidized basis during their work hours is on the L&T Scope

 Mandatory: Oil & Gas field construction experience
