Job Description Employment Type: Contract Basis Roles & Responsibilities - Prepare and review client RA bills and certify subcontractor bills. - Maintain measurement sheets, drawings, and billing documentation. - Perform quantity take-off from IFC/GFC drawings and verify quantities at site. - Update BOQ/BOM, material reconciliation, and extra item measurements. - Monitor project cost vs. budget and support rate analysis for extra items. - Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and execution teams. - Prepare MIS reports and attend client/subcontractor meetings for billing approvals. Preferred Skills / Required Skills - Strong knowledge of construction measurement techniques - Client Billing, Subcontract Billing, RA Bills, BOQ preparation - Rate analysis, cost control, contract terms - MS Excel, AutoCAD, Measurement Software - Ability to read Civil & Mechanical drawings - Communication and negotiation skills
