Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural analysis and design of RCC structures using STAAD Pro in compliance with IS codes and relevant standards.
  • Develop and review structural drawings, 3D models, and layouts using Revit Structure.
  • Prepare detailed RCC structural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP, and project teams to ensure design compatibility and constructability.
  • Conduct load calculations, foundation designs, slab/beam/column detailing, and reinforcement schedules.
  • Generate BOQs, material specifications, and technical reports.
  • Review and check shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and construction documents.
  • Assist project managers and site engineers with technical support during execution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Proficiency in STAAD Pro, Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of RCC design principles, IS codes (IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, etc.).
  • Experience in modeling and detailing of RCC structures in Revit.
  • Familiarity with steel structure design is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
