We are a dynamic and growing real estate development company focused on creating premium residential spaces. As we expand, we are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to strengthen our finance team and contribute to our success story.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations for our residential construction projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions, including 
    receipts, invoices, and billing
    .
  • Scrutinize and process vendor bills, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Handle 
    GST
     computations, filings, and reconciliations (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
  • Assist in managing 
    TDS
     deductions and filings as per compliance requirements.
  • Conduct negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records for all project-related costs and ensure proper allocation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Liaise with auditors and ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualification:
     CA Inter / CMA Inter / Masters in Commerce with a solid accounting background.
  • Experience:
     4 to 5 years of core accounting experience, 
    preferably in the real estate/construction industry.
  • Technical Skills:
     Proficiency in Tally Prime or ERP 9 is a must. Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge:
     In-depth understanding of 
    GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect tax laws
     relevant to the construction sector.
  • Attributes:
     Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
