Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in auxiliary machines along with proven sales experience in industrial machinery.

You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting technical presentations, understanding customer requirements, and providing suitable auxiliary equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients within assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell auxiliary equipment such as dryers, dehumidifiers, conveyors, mold temperature controllers, chillers, mixers, granulators, etc.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and product presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the service and operations team for order execution and after-sales support.
  • Maintain regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline updates, and territory performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of industrial auxiliary machines (plastic auxiliary equipment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of auxiliary machines and industrial sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage regional sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
