Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business.
  • Provide timely and accurate information on order status and delivery.
  • Handle inquiries and offer expert advice on crop schedules, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • Assist in technical sales support and guide internal teams for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Respond to farmers queries and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Prepare crop advisory content and schedules based on seasonal demand.
