Job Summary

MySpace Realty is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager who is fluent in Odia. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with customers virtually, build strong relationships, and assist them throughout their property-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through virtual channels such as phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about real estate projects
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Regularly follow up with leads generated through digital platforms
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Odia is mandatory (verbal communication is essential)
  • Good command of Hindi and/or English is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling customers virtually
  • Basic knowledge of real estate or sales processes preferred
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
