URGENT HIRING||REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE|| PUNE, MAHARASHTRA

Position: Sales Executive

CTC : 20K to 35KExperience: 1.5 to 5 Years

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi phase 2)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Call assigned fresh leads, explain project details, and convert them into site visits and sales.
  • Visit potential clients and arrange customer visits at project sites.
  • Understand customer requirements and present the most suitable project options.
  • Handle client queries promptly via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Conduct professional presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close sales.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing regular updates and guidance.
  • Work closely with the marketing and management team to execute sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into closures.
  • Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and closures through CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Actively participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and property showcases.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and English (verbal & written).
  • Experience in real estate calling, lead handling, and conversions.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, CRM software, and online marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
  • Must have own vehicle for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream).
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
