MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, HR, etc.).
- Prepare accurate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in all reports.
- System & Database Maintenance
- Maintain and update sheet /SAP databases with current information.
- Coordinate with SAP team for any data or system-related issues.
- Support the integration of data systems across departments.
- Analysis & Decision Support
- Analyze data trends and prepare insights for management decision-making.
- Identify discrepancies or abnormalities and provide corrective recommendations.
- Track performance against set targets and generate variance analysis.
- Process & Documentation
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and backups for audit purposes.
- Support process automation and standardization initiatives.
- Coordinate with respective teams to ensure timely data submission.
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Liaise with Finance, Sales, Purchase, and Production teams to ensure alignment of reports and data.
- Support management in preparing presentations, summaries, and ad-hoc reports.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SAP systems or similar ERP platforms.
- Good understanding of Web Apps and Google Apps Script.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
- Ability to handle large data sets and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau for dashboard creation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying tools.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or trading industry.
- Understanding of business process flow across departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR).
- Knowledge of automation tools like Power Query, Power Automate, or VBA.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- Certification in Data Analysis / MIS / Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
