Type: Freelance/ Part-Time / Contract / Internship

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Campaign Expert who has already implemented and managed end-to-end Zoho Campaign setups for organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building automation, segmentation, templates, analytical reporting, and optimizing all processes to reduce cost and execution time.

This role requires hands-on expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Complete Zoho Campaign Setup
  • Configure Zoho Campaigns from scratch, including integrations, workflows, and deliverability settings.
  • Build branded, mobile-responsive email templates aligned with brand standards.
2. Advanced Segmentation
  • Create detailed audience segments based on behavior, engagement, demographics, CRM data, and tags.
  • Maintain dynamic segmentation for targeted and personalized communications.
3. Follow-Up Automation
  • Develop and manage automated workflows:
  • Drip sequences
  • Multi-step follow-up flows
  • Re-engagement journeys
  • Event-based triggers
4. List Creation & Hygiene
  • Create, import, validate, and maintain clean mailing lists.
  • Implement best practices to ensure high deliverability and compliance.
5. Template & Campaign Development
  • Build reusable campaign templates that maximize engagement and improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
6. Optimization & Cost Reduction
  • Identify gaps in processes and automate repetitive tasks to reduce execution time.
  • Streamline workflows to minimize operational and email campaign costs.
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key metrics: open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, deliverability, and list growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports with insights and action-driven recommendations.
8. Compliance & Quality Standards
  • Ensure all communications follow GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and global email marketing standards.
9. Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and automation teams to build integrated campaigns through Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms, Zoho Flow, etc.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience implementing and managing Zoho Campaigns for companies or clients.
  • Strong expertise in segmentation, workflow automation, template creation, and integrations.
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and metric analysis.
  • Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Forms, Flow, Books, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
