Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be an expert in both social media strategy and content creation, responsible for enhancing the brand's online presence and achieving business objectives through compelling digital storytelling. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute creative campaigns and engage with a US-based audience.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals, including market research on US trends and audience preferences.
• Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with the US target audience and maintains a consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Community Management: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, engage with followers, and manage online communities to ensure a respectful and appropriate environment.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive results.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic) to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media messaging and visual elements align with the overall brand identity, collaborating with other teams (like marketing and sales) to maintain consistency.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and platform changes relevant to the US market.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Content Writer, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
• Expert knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and their respective best practices for a US audience.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
• Proficiency in creating and editing visual content, including graphic design principles and video production.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with US culture, trends, and audience behaviors is a plus.
