We are seeking a dynamic and experienced academic leader to take on the role of Principal and lead the college into its next phase of growth and excellence. Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to oversee all academic, administrative, and strategic operations of Seacom Management College. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in higher education management, particularly in the role of a College Principal.

Key Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the college. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (AICTE, MAKAUT, NBA, UGC etc.). Lead curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student development initiatives.

Promote a culture of academic excellence and research. Develop partnerships with industry and academia for collaborative growth. Supervise administrative and academic staff and maintain discipline across the campus.

Drive accreditation, rankings, and institutional development efforts. Represent the college in public, professional, and community activities. Qualifications & Experience:Ph.

D. or equivalent in Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution. Minimum 10 years of academic and administrative experience in higher education. Must have served as a Principal of a recognized college in West Bengal/ Indian

State for at least 5 – 7 years. Proven experience in academic leadership, NAAC/NBA accreditation processes, and institutional development. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
