Job Role - Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Stores teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, dispatch details, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain and regularly update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
- Track sales inquiries, prepare MIS and sales reports, and monitor project progress.
- Support in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and client documentation.
- Handle sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and dispatch-related documentation.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for material availability and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, accurate, and professional communication.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, product demos, and client visits when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred: Engineering in Mechanical)
- MBA in Sales / Marketing – Compulsory
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales, preferably in Automation, Industrial Equipment, or Engineering sector
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Basic understanding of automation products such as PLCs, sensors, control panels, SCADA, and robotics (added advantage)
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
