Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Power Management Engineer
with strong expertise in
Load Sharing
,
Load Shedding
, and
Power Control Systems
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
PLC–SCADA systems
, along with a solid understanding of synchronization and generator control logic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and commission
    Power Management Systems (PMS)
    for industrial plants and captive power systems,Renewable Plants.
  • Develop and test
    Load Sharing, Synchronization
    and
    Load Shedding
    Systems
  • Integrate and configure
    Controllers
    for genset, grid, and tie synchronization.
  • Configure, program, and troubleshoot
    PLC–SCADA systems
    for PMS and Energy Management applications.
  • Conduct
    site commissioning, testing, and FAT/SAT
    with clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system integration and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 3–5 years
    of hands-on experience in Power Management or Substation Automation.
  • Expertise in
    Load Sharing and Load Shedding systems
    .
  • Experience in
    Microgrid Systems,Renewables, Steam Segments
    .
  • Good understanding of
    PLC–SCADA
    .
  • Knowledge of
    IEC programming
    (Ladder, FBD, ST).
  • Ability to travel for site commissioning (domestic & international).

Good to Have

  • Exposure to
    Microgrid / Steam / Renewable Integration Systems with Substation Automation knowledge
    .
  • Experience in
    Energy Management / Power Monitoring Software
    .
  • Understand Client Requirement and Develop the System accordngly.
