Integrated Project Design (IPD) is a growing engineering design consultancy specializing in advanced MEP solutions for commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. We focus on developing young engineering talent through structured learning and exposure to real-time projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers who are interested in building their career in HVAC or Plumbing design. This Internship + Placement Program provides practical learning, hands-on project involvement, and a pathway to full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing HVAC or Plumbing system layouts, drawings, and schematics under senior engineers.
  • Support in heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, equipment selection, and preparation of technical documents.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination activities when required.
  • Conduct research, collect data, and assist in preparing design reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Will Learn

  • HVAC and Plumbing design fundamentals
  • Use of AutoCAD, Excel, and design calculation tools
  • Understanding of MEP integration, equipment specifications, and industry standards
  • End-to-end exposure to project design and execution workflows

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers only)
  • Keen interest in HVAC or Plumbing design
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Growth Path

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be considered for full-time employment as Mechanical Design Engineer at IPD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
