Mechanical Engineer Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and test mechanical devices, components, and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience with CAD software and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD software.
  • Analyze mechanical systems and components to ensure they meet specifications and performance requirements.
  • Conduct tests and simulations to validate designs and improve product functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and R&D.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design principles.
  • Experience with FEA and CFD tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in product development and testing.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of programming or automation technologies is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹56,370.51 per month
