We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for a global analytics practice. Location: Gurugram / Bangalore (Hybrid)
Responsibilities- Lead complete email marketing lifecycle from planning and audience segmentation to testing, execution, and optimization.
- Manage and execute campaigns using Braze (or similar CRM tools).
- Partner with analytics, design, and product teams to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Oversee template design, compliance, and unsubscribe management.
- Conduct A/B testing and personalization to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with evolving sports industry engagement trends and fan lifecycle strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 7 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-handling skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
- Prior exposure to sports marketing or fan engagement is a plus.
