Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with expertise in handling both online social media platforms and on-field activities/events. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and experienced in creating engaging content while also managing live event coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Create high-quality content (graphics, reels, videos, posts, stories) tailored to each platform.
  • Handle on-ground event coverage, including live social media updates, photography, and video content creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) for consistent branding.
  • Run paid social campaigns, monitor results, and optimize performance.
  • Track analytics, prepare reports, and suggest strategies for growth.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaigns, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in field work and event coverage (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Flexible to travel for events and field assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
