Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting services to clients on MS Dynamics CRM solutions, including implementation, customization, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features in MS Dynamics CRM to continuously improve knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution design, proposal development, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Copilot Studio (basic to intermediate understanding of building copilots using low-code interface).
  • Familiarity with Copilot in Teams and M365 and their usage scenarios.
  • Exposure to Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Understanding of Azure AI/ML services, especially those related to LLMs and document intelligence, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced AI-driven development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot (where available) are a plus.
  • Experience working in PreSales, client discussions, or solutioning is a plus.
  • Exposure to Copilot use cases in HR, Finance, or IT operations is desirable.
