Job Summary

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and CRM to support solution design, demonstrations, and technical consultation during the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, functional consultants, and clients to understand business needs, architect solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of D365.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Engagement: Partner with sales teams to support discovery sessions, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
  • Solution Design: Analyze client business processes and requirements to propose tailored D365 F&O and CRM solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver high-quality, customized demos showcasing D365 features, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide technical expertise on D365 capabilities, architecture, deployment, and integration strategies.
  • Proposal Support: Collaborate on proposals, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution documents for customer requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to articulate technical value propositions.
  • Collaboration: Work with functional consultants, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with client expectations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on D365 product updates, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CRM).
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in D365 configuration, customization, integrations, and technical architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in preparing solution design documents, proposals, and demo environments.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM, Solution Architect Expert, etc.).
  • Experience in Azure cloud services integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales for large enterprise clients.
