We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a developer firm, with a strong background in sales, lead generation, and channel partner handling. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Organize and conduct sample house tours for prospective clients.
Channel Partner Handling:
- Manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and generate business.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their effectiveness and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the network of channel partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the real estate market.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and marketing efforts.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to client service.
Client Service and Database Management:
- Generate reference bookings from our existing database through excellent service provision.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a developer firm.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
- Experience in handling channel partners and driving business through partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
