Job Opening: Assistant Manager Operations (Customer Service) – International BPO

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Work Mode: Full-time, 6 days working (Rotational Week Offs)

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring an Assistant Manager – Operations (Customer Service) for a reputed International BPO in Bangalore. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, proven customer service operations experience, and the ability to manage high headcount teams in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements:

  • Overall Experience: Minimum 7 years in the BPO industry (mandatory).
  • AM Ops Experience: Minimum 1 year as Assistant Manager – Operations in Customer Service in the current role without any gap (mandatory).
  • Team Management: Must have handled large teams / high headcount directly.
  • Domain Advantage: Prior experience in e-commerce customer service (International process) will be a strong plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day international customer service operations ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate large teams to meet performance targets.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with client expectations and BPO standards.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong leadership & people management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large international customer service teams.
  • Experience in e-commerce processes is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
