4-7 years in Mutual Fund / Wealth / Banking Distribution
Role Overview
Drive business from assigned Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Family Office relationships through deep engagement, product positioning, and superior service delivery. The role requires high market intelligence, product knowledge, and relationship depth to translate partner conviction into sustainable flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Coverage:
Manage relationships with Sr .RMs, and investment counsellors across assigned Private Banks and Wealth firms. - Business Growth:
Deliver AUM & Sales for Mutual Fund PMS & AIF Sales through continuous engagement, model portfolio inclusion, and tactical product placements. - Product Expertise:
Present Helios investment philosophy, fund positioning, and performance narratives to partner teams with high conviction. - Training & Enablement:
Conduct partner training sessions, webinars, and joint client meetings with wealth RMs to enhance visibility and conviction. - Market Intelligence:
Track competition products, flows, and partner allocations to identify opportunities and gaps. - Service Excellence:
Coordinate with operations and marketing for seamless partner experience from onboarding to execution. - Data-Driven Execution:
Use CRM tools to log coverage, maintain pipeline, and update business funnel regularly.

- High presentation and influencing ability
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and proactive approach
- Ability to manage senior relationships and deliver results independently
Ideal Background
- Graduate / MBA / CFP / NISM V-A & 21A Certified
- 3-6 years of experience in MF / Wealth / Private Banking sales
