Key Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct rigorous, deep-dive research on equities, industries, and global markets (including India) to identify undervalued, high-potential opportunities aligned with our investment philosophy.

  • You will collaborate closely with seasoned fund managers to master the art of identifying multi-bagger investments.

  • Additionally, you will proactively challenge conventional market perspectives and contribute innovative ideas to the investment process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • You are self-driven and possess an intrinsic passion for global stock markets-viewing investing as a calling, not just a job.

  • You demonstrate dedication beyond conventional working hours, recognizing that market opportunities extend past a 9-to-6 schedule.

  • Your focus is firmly on long-term professional growth and career-building within fund management, not merely motivated by immediate compensation or short-term gains.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • Professional qualifications such as a CA or an MBA from a Tier-1 institution; CFA progression is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience in any field outside equity research (comprehensive training in research methodologies will be provided).

  • An analytically rigorous mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a keen interest in global macroeconomic and sector trends.
