We are a leading manufacturer of retail store fixtures, furniture, and display solutions, providing end-to-end design, manufacturing, and installation services. Our mission is to create functional, aesthetic, and durable retail environments that enhance brand experience.

We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman to join our design and production team to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings for furniture, store fixtures, and interior layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for furniture, fixtures, and interior layouts using CAD software.
  • Develop shop drawings, assembly drawings, and cutting lists for production.
  • Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and concepts into accurate technical drawings.
  • Work closely with the design, production, and project teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
  • Maintain and update drawing files, drawing registers, and revisions as per project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings comply with company standards, material specifications, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware, fittings, and material specifications when required.
  • Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings when necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/drafting software (e.g., Autocad).
  • Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials (wood, metal, glass, acrylic, etc.), and hardware.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and technical understanding.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Civil / Interior Design / Draftsmanship.
  • 2–5 years of experience in drafting for furniture, retail fixtures, or interior fit-out industry.
  • Experience in modular furniture or custom display manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
