About the job

Ensuring safe, secure, punctual and quality services are provided to our aircraft and passengers from check-in till aircraft take-off and from landing till Baggage delivery, in conformity with our policies, rules and regulations and in compliance with local civil aviation regulations and other regulatory bodies

Duties & Responsibilities:Ensuring ground handling activities are conducted in accordance with the contracted Ground Handling Agreements ensuring safety, security of aircraft, passengers, flights, facilities and employees

Supervising, coordinating and following up on passengers, baggage and cargo acceptance operation

Supervising and coordinating passengers and cargo aircraft handling activities

Ensuring ground handling activities are delivered by qualified and trained personnel and accomplished in compliance with safety and security regulations

Ensuring flight disruptions are handled as per the set rules and regulations

Reporting and coordinating accident/ incidents investigations

Ensuring passengers with special needs (PRM, UMNR, etc.) are handled as per the set rules and regulations

Ensuring flight related information, messages, notifications and documents are disseminated to all concerned parties within the set time limitations

Ensuring disseminating circulars and updated procedures to subordinates and service providers

Handling and Following up on customers' complaints in due time in coordination with concerned parties

Controlling and auditing flights and station's office related billing and financial matters

Managing station's office expenses

Coordinating hotel accommodation for entitled passengers

Coordinating crew hotel accommodation and transportation from/to airport

Ensuring adherence to uniform and grooming regulations

Preparing staff roster in compliance with local laws and regulations

Knowledge & Skills Required:Communication SkillsNegotiation skills

Customer service skills

Decision making and managerial skills

Problem solver with leadership qualities.Ability to work under pressure.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of airline operational experience in a supervisory role

Highschool Degree as a MinimumBachelor's Degree is a plus
