Managing HRSS Operations

  • Should have working knowledge of Learning Management Systems such as SuccessFactors, Degreed & LinkedIn Learning
  • Coordinating with internal teams like Central L&D, Business Specific L&D & HR Operations etc. to ensure the management of training records are managed properly on our LMS and to ensure our LMS are working smoothly
  • Preparing various training reports on a weekly/ monthly basis with the L&D team
  • Analyzing and identifying errors, and liaising with the Subject Matter Expert in advising on solutions for smooth functioning of L&D Operation
  • Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors, and advising on solutions
  • Managing functional mailbox queries as per the agreed timelines
  • Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists٫ schedules/ calendar invites٫ attendance sheets)
  • Working on repetitive tasks and finding ways to automate it and drive efficiency
  • Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes
  • Resolving day to day queries related to L&D Operation
  • Perform routine activities as per calendar regularly
  • Ensuring 100% timely delivery with zero errors

Job Requirements



Mandatory Skills

  • Any Graduate - Any Specialization
  • Preferred - MBA/PGDM - HR
  • Excellent E-mail communication
  • Have intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience in training coordination with a large multinational corporation
  • Have excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to build rapport with the stakeholders
  • Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
  • Ability to be proactive, well planned and organized
  • Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines
