Required Skills & Experience

Core Agile Expertise

7+ years as Scrum Master for mobile application development (iOS & Android) teams.

Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, and agile metrics; proven track record of driving delivery velocity and quality.

Technical Understanding (Non-coding but strong awareness)

Understanding of native mobile development stacks Swift, Kotlin, Android Studio, Xcode, Firebase, REST APIs, and third-party SDK integrations.

Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, app signing, and Play Store/App Store deployment cycles.

Experience collaborating with QA automation (Appium, Espresso, XCTest) and release management tools (Bitrise, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Tools & Platforms

Advanced Jira and Confluence expertise (setting up dashboards, reports, workflows).

Working knowledge of Slack, Miro, and Figma (for collaboration).

Exposure to analytics and performance monitoring tools (Firebase Analytics, App Center, etc.) is a plus.

Soft Skills & Leadership

Excellent communication skills to manage distributed teams and stakeholders.

Strong conflict-resolution, servant-leadership, and coaching mindset.

Self-starter with ability to operate in an offshoreonsite hybrid setup.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM II, or equivalent).

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or mobile payment apps.

Exposure to SAFe or scaled agile environments (optional but advantageous).
