The Team: The Customer Insights and Commercial Analytics team is a high-impact function operating at the intersection of business intelligence, customer experience, and commercial strategy. The Impact: As the Manager of AI Tools & Automation, you will be a key driver of innovation within the Customer Experience organization. You will lead the charge in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, including the latest GenAI technologies, to automate processes, unlock new insights, and create significant business value. Your work will directly enhance operational efficiency and shape the next generation of intelligent tools for our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee AI and automation projects that create efficiencies and provide insights to support the Customer Experience organization's strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of the latest GenAI technologies to solve business challenges and unlock new capabilities.
  • Develop and implement advanced AI/ML models and automation solutions to drive smarter business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth in the fields of AI and automation.
  • Present project outcomes, findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, with 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GenAI models.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and automation techniques.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing technical teams and collaborating effectively in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex AI concepts and their business value to non-technical audiences.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the adaptability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
