About Us

Shree Sharda Associates is a dynamic and growth-oriented financial firm. We are seeking a dedicated Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee all finance, compliance, and audit activities from our office premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth Knowledge of Tally ERP9 and SAP.
  • Day to day accounting and scrutinizing of all ledger accounts.
  • Managing accounts payables and receivables.
  • Approval of all payments and Receipts for entering the system and Release of payments to various suppliers.
  • Monthly reconciliation statement of all bank accounts.
  • Assisting in analysis, preparation, and finalization of financial statements.
  • Review GLs on Daily basis and post the parked entries
  • Sound knowledge of GST Act.
  • GST Returns Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B with GST portal. GST reconciliation with GSTR 2B, GSTR3B.
  • Preparation of fixed Assets Register,
  • Tax deducted at source preparation of details, payments, filing of returns and issue of TDS Certificates.
  • Monthly preparing debtors and creditors ageing.
  • Invoice Posting, Bills Knock Off, managing petty expenses.
  • Bill processing & verification, Control on payment & recovery of advances
  • Coordination with Statutory Auditors during Internal & Statutory Audit
  • Discussion and rectification of audit points with internal auditors.
  • Finalization of Annual Accounts and getting the approval of the Board.
  • Preparation & filling of Income Tax return

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by ICAI.
  • 2–5 years of post-qualification experience preferred (strong CA freshers will be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and Companies Act compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹65,000.00 per month
