Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountants (CAs) — both freshers and professionals with up to 4 years of experience — to join our Finance team. The role involves handling core accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and assisting in audits and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with auditors for timely completion.
  • Support GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect tax filings and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Conduct variance analysis for budgets vs. actuals and provide financial insights to management.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and expense management.
  • Contribute to internal financial controls, system improvements, and automation of reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, business, operations) for financial data accuracy.
  • Prepare and assist in MIS reports, management dashboards, and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • Freshers or candidates with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Ind AS, and taxation (Direct & Indirect).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or Zoho Books).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented approach with high professional ethics and integrity.
