• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, such as malfunctioning components, connectivity problems, and peripheral failures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree & Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications CCNA/MCSA/ Hardware A+ /Networking Certification
• Proven experience in network support, with a solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
