Lady LRD Public School is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with school norms.
  • Coordinate training, orientation, and staff development programs.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.).
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support management in performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures.

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliances, and labour regulations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Required Experience

  • 35 years of experience as an HR Executive/HR Manager, preferably in an educational institution or similar setup.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
