Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Telesales Specialist, based on-site at our Kochi location. Responsibilities include engaging potential clients through various communication channels, explaining products and services effectively, and converting leads into customers. The role also involves customer service, follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales and training teams to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in tele sales .

• Strong background in tele-sales, in-person sales, and lead conversion.

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing (social media, email, chat & WhatsApp campaigns).

• Ability to build and manage marketing funnels, track performance, and achieve targets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills , both online and offline.

• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills to plan and implement campaigns.

• Experience in luxury / premium service industries or personal branding is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end marketing and sales activities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, digital ads, and social media platforms.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
