Job Overview

Pentagon Space is seeking a dynamic and communicative Campus Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to develop their skills in recruitment, specifically focusing on campus recruitment and university relations. The role requires a dedicated individual to enhance our employer branding and ensure a seamless recruitment process for our partner universities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven communication skills to effectively liaise with university officials and potential candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong experience in campus recruitment to attract and engage top talent from universities (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to establish and maintain university relations to create fruitful recruitment partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in event planning to organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and workshops for students.
  • Adept at candidate sourcing using various channels to find suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate potential and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Competency in employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Proficient in talent acquisition techniques to support organizational growth and personnel needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates from universities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with career services and faculty members at target universities.
  • Organize and participate in campus career fairs, workshops, and hiring events to promote Pentagon Space's opportunities.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment methods for open positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for available roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring plans.
  • Enhance employer branding through engagement strategies with students and academic institutions.
  • Track recruiting metrics, gather feedback from campuses, and adjust strategies to improve future success.
