Role & responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
  • Help prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense reports.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documents.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ensure all work follows company policies and accounting standards.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments when needed.
  • Provide support during audits and tax filings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance & related fields.
  • Knowledge of Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Good Communication skills.
