We're R Digital Solutions & TapSmart, a growing startup that has been in the industry for 4+ years and is now expanding.
From innovative NFC products (TapSmart) to branding and digital marketing solutions, we work on projects that blend creativity with execution.

Your Role (Creative side):
- Create branding and marketing creatives (social media, graphics, campaigns).
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator (not just Canva).
- Think fresh, quirky, and design scroll-stopping content.
- Assist with product shoots, creative campaigns, and reels.
Your Role (Operations side):
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, printers, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Support day-to-day business operations across both brands.
- Be the problem-solver who ensures execution matches vision.
What We're Looking For:
- Freshers welcome if you're hungry to learn & grow.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to juggle both creative design + operational management.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Perks & Culture:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on skills).
- Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday – Friday.

- Direct mentorship from the Founder + hands-on exposure to both design and business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
