Role & responsibilities

  • To utilize efficiently all resources of the shop floor
  • Manage Production & Manpower handling functions in the company.
  • To ensure optimum productivity of man and machine & to control the cost.
  • To ensure quality of production.
  • Monitor/supervise /advice/improve process and products and systems.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Cost reduction initiative's.
  • Implementation of 5S and other modern concepts throughout the organization.
  • To ensure adherence to international quality standards.
  • To ensure working as per established SOP
  • Production planning and execution

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be a Graduate in Science or Engineering or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Should have hands on experience in manufacturing and production at all levels.
  • Should be skillful with handling workers and other team members.
  • Should be willing to relocate to Vapi or Daman or nearby areas
  • Should be able to get along with employees from all levels and take them along.
  • Should have keen eye for detail and aptitude for planning
  • Should be execution oriented.
