Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor compliance with RJC Code of Practices (COP) and Chain of Custody (CoC) certification requirements.

  2. Ensure all audits are performed in accordance with RJC Assessment Manual and CB's documented procedures.

  3. Conduct internal quality checks on audit reports, work papers, and certification decisions.

  4. Ensure impartiality and manage risks associated with audit and certification activities.

  5. Review audit reports for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to RJC guidelines.

  6. Verify closure of non-conformities and appropriateness of corrective actions.

  7. Support certification decision-makers by ensuring evidence meets RJC requirements.

  8. Ensure timely issuance of certificates and maintenance of certification records.

  9. Verify competence and qualification of auditors for RJC schemes.

  10. Maintain auditor competence matrix and training records.

  11. Coordinate auditor trainings, witness assessments, and performance evaluations.

  1. Maintain controlled versions of RJC-related procedures, forms, and templates.

  2. Ensure regular updates as per changes in RJC standards or accreditation requirements.

  3. . Internal Audits & Continuous Improvement

  4. Support internal audits of CB processes linked to RJC certification.

  5. Identify gaps and implement corrective/preventive actions.

  6. Track KPIs related to audit quality, timelines, complaints, and auditor performance.

  7. Perform impartiality risk assessments related to RJC certification activities.

  8. Support top management in accreditation audits, witness audits, and external evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
