We are looking for a skilled Laundry Manager/Assistant Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing laundry services and ensuring high-quality standards.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the laundry team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve laundry quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on laundry services, including inventory management and staff performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing laundry services in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of laundry washing machines, dryers, and other equipment, as well as fabric care techniques and cleaning protocols.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
